Description - Description: The Province invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to qualify for a Standing Arrangement with the Province, on substantially the same terms and conditions in Appendix A, under which the Province intends to purchase Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Mask (i.e., the Goods) .Product Distribution Center (PDC) has been supplying CPAP Mask to British Columbia Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) at approximately 2,400 units per annum.The Goods are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Orders that may be requested from the Contractor over the term.
