Description - Description: North Tyneside Council is seeking tenders to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of both planned and responsive internal painting works in both its housing stock and its non-residential buildings. This Framework Contract wi ll ensure availability of skilled Contractors to deliver the Planned Service requiring differing values and complexities as required for the Framework Contract. Successfully awarded Contractors will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.The Authority intends to have two lots, covering housing and non-housing works.
