Description - Description: This mission is mainly divided into: - assistance in updating deposit studies and developing scenarios for the waste to be treated in the new UVE; - assistance on the best available techniques and estimation of the deadlines and costs of the ideal plant; - definition of the most appropriate type of contract to implement (public procurement or concession contract) in light of the technical, legal and financial issues pursued by the SIVOM; - a phase of technical and analytical assistance with a view to drafting the business consultation file (DCE), analyzing offers with a view to awarding the contract, and as part of the negotiation and development phases of the final contract. -
