Description - Description: Swansea Council are looking to commission a service to deliver play sessions with children aged (0-10) with additional needs and their families in community based facilities. The aim of these sessions are to improve parental understandin g of play, increase family bonding and support children’s development and wellbeing.The importance of play in terms of children’s development and family bonding has been highlighted even more in recent years.
