Background and purpose: The contracting authorities are offering a contract regarding the implementation, maintenance and support as well as further development of a new digital administration solution (the “System”).The contract is entered into with Domea.dk, which shall be the system owner for the System with a view to making it available to users, including the other contracting authorities and Domea.dk’s other customers, who are public housing organisations and administrations. Domea.dk’s customers own and administer a total of approximately 72,000 homes across most of Denmark and in Greenland. Domea.dk does not own any homes itself, but acts as a business manager
