Description - Description: Sprowston Town Council currently has a mixture of street lighting types. We own approximately 700 non-LED streetlights which require conversion to LED lighting. In addition, the Council owns approximately 140 existing LED lights of varyi ng ages and specification.The Council is also looking for concurrent implementation of a Central Management System (to be managed by the successful bidder) that will allow real time or near-real time fault self-reporting across our entire lighting stock.
