Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to assist the project owner in carrying out and implementing studies to create interface zones with the infrastructure manager SNCF Réseau and other infrastructure managers on the narrow desert lines of the Grand Est region.The signalling studies in this framework agreement only cover work relating to the boundary points of the lines transferred to the region.The interface boundary zone must be carried out at a constant perimeter with, on the one hand, SNCF Réseau signalling, while providing for potentially evolving signalling on the other hand.The contract is a framework agreement subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1, R.214
