Description - Description: Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of concrete and miscellaneous maintenance services, which shall be set out in a panel arrangement as follows:Panel A - Concrete Replacemen t Services - one (1) primary contractor to carry out urgent, priority and routine maintenance works orders and (2) two reserved Contractorsto be engaged to provide maintenance works when the primary contractor is unavailable.Panel B - Concrete Grinding Services - one (1) Primary contractor to carry out the work and one (1) Reserve to be engaged to provide maintenance works when theprimary contractor is unavailable.Panel C - Miscellaneous Services
