Description - The purpose of this multi-year service contract is to manage and maintain server infrastructure, containers, databases, application hosting and the network on the various cloud and non-cloud platforms used by the SPW. Three types of services are cove red by this contract: - The services of daily management, operation, resolution of requests and incidents and corrective maintenance, concerning the following areas: IT infrastructure and operating systems, databases, application and network hosting. These different areas are divided into items 1 to 4 of this contract. An on-call service relating to these areas is requested in item 5 of the inventory. - Services in governed mode (item 6) concern
