Description - In summary, the force requires a solution that is intuitive, accessible and easily useable for all levels of users, providing a consistent experience regardless of the size of the room, e.g., good audio coverage, camera shows all positions, screens l arge enough to be useable when presenting. Many of the current solutions in place are none of these and over time have got to a point where at worst the equipment doesn't work and at best gives an inconsistent experience to the users, never knowing what they will get before they turn up to a room. As some rooms are "ok", these rooms will need to be evaluated at the time of rollout and either left "as is" or adapted to the new standard.
