Description - Description: The City Theatre (municipal monument approx. 7,500 m2 gross floor area) is due for large-scale renovation: demolition of the stage tower, ‘back house’ and other non-monumental parts. The large hall and entrance will be adapted and, a mong other things, a small hall and stage tower will be added. The integral design team has designed a suitable, contemporary, sustainable, accessible and future-proof City Theatre (approx. 10,500 m2 gross floor area).
