Description - Description: This tender aims to mandate an energy contractor for the Energieverbund Richterswil. The energy network uses heat pumps to use the thermal energy of the cleaned wastewater of the ARA Richterswil to the operation of a "warm energy network " (useful energy for heating and warm water treatment). The heat pumps (3 MW) cover the band load.
