Description - Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBA is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP/Solicitation) for the issuance of Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) retail fuel dispense for Commercial Grade Gasoline, unleaded gasolin e (GUR) and Diesel (DS2) fuel services on Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS: Retail fuel operations would primarily consist of Receipt, Storage, and Issuance of refueling of ground vehicles/equipment including ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULD), and unleaded gasoline.
