Description - The Contractor must perform the duties of the Cybersecurity Monitor, as described in Section 39.1516(4)(b) of the Texas Utilities Code, and manage a comprehensive Cybersecurity and Physical Security Outreach Program (“Program”) for Monitored Util ities. The objective of the Program is to develop a framework for collaborative discussion between the PUCT, Monitored Utilities, and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) regarding efforts to secure critical electric infrastructure from cyber and physical vulnerabilities.
