Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP 25-08-PI is to solicit proposals from farmers, ranchers, registered non-profit agricultural associations, or researchers, that have experience with mitigation and control methods of Two-lined Spittlebug (TLSB) in Hawaiʻi County. Refer to the Objectives and Measurable Outcomes section of the RFP for the specific requests for each county. Priority will be given to farmers, ranchers, and researchers that have experience with treating and/or direct research on pest management of TLSB.
