Description - Description: The Technical Services of the City of Kaarina are requesting a contract offer for the conversion of the heating method of Rungo School to geothermal heat to the extent required by the contract documents. The contractor acts as the main c ontractor in the project and, if necessary, uses subcontractors to perform the work. The City of Kaarina is in a contractual relationship with the main contractor.
