Description - Description: The sewage works of the Maifeld municipality association is planning to expand the Ochtendung sewage treatment plant and switch to the anaerobic sludge stabilization process. The sewage treatment plant is located west of Ochtendung and s erves the drainage of the local community, which currently has around 5,500 inhabitants. The plant was put into operation in 2001 and is designed for an expansion of 9,000 PE, although it is currently only loaded with 5,200 PE.
