Description - Description: The subject is the conclusion of a framework service contract with an economic operator covering the production and updating of the High-Resolution Layer (HRL) Imperviousness in the context of the new HRL properties of non-vegetated land cover. The products are intended to provide continuity to the already existing products, i.e. the Imperviousness and its derived products, as well as to the construction of areas and the creation of new products giving information on the construction of area changes and permanent bare soils and rocks.
