Description - Description: The Høllesli tunnel is located on county road 523 in Forsand municipality and is an important traffic route through Ryfylke. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall upgrade the Høllesli tunnel so that the tunnel fulfils the min imum requirements set by the EU in order to ensure and safe existing tunnels. The tunnel was built in 1993. The tunnel length is 822 metres and the tunnel profile is T8.5. The speed limit is 80 km/h, and ÅDT is about 1600.
