Description - Description: Contractor shall provide all effort and materials necessary to provide food services for the inmates of the facilities. Contractor shall furnish nutritious, wholesome, and palatable food. It is estimated that the average number of meals served per seating for the first year of the contract will be approximately one thousand (1,000). It is estimated that about 15 percent of these meals are served to females. It is also estimated that this amount may increase to fourteen hundred (1,400) or may decrease to one thousand (1,000) by the end of the initial contract term.
