Description - Description: The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of a craft registration system to include the design, build, support and enhancement of the system for the duration of the framework period established. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract for the delivery of a craft registration and management portal, deliverable within 6 months of award of the tender.
