Description - Description: Construction and fit-out of a Heat Transfer Station (up to 37 MW capacity) on an EfW site comprising District Heating pumps, construction of a 7.5 km heat transmission main and supply and installation of 2 no heat transfer interfaces in East Devon.The project is to connect the existing and yet to be developed parts of the Cranbrook/Skypark and Monkerton heat networks to a low carbon heat source at Hill Barton Business Park. When completed the project will provide low carbon heat to some 12,000 homes from an Energy from Waste plant which is currently under development. The Cranbrook/Skypark and Monkerton networks are designed to supply 3,500 homes and 1.4m sq ft of commercial spa
