Description - As part of the implementation of the NOTRe law, the transfer of “collective sanitation” competence to the CCSB is planned for January 1, 2026. As such, the community wishes to produce a sanitation master plan for the intermunicipal scale in order to: - ensure a “minimal” and homogeneous level of heritage knowledge across the entire territory, - have an exhaustive vision of the situation of the different sanitation systems with regard to regulations, -to develop a multi-year program of major works prioritized and costed over a period of 10 years
