Description - this consultation concerns the creation of the drinking water production plant on the Vignoble site in Foix. The Factory is intended to serve the city of Foix, it will be supplied by 3 resources: Soubidou mainly, Bonaygues and, where applicable, St P aul De Jarrat. The contract includes the building permit, the execution studies and the services necessary for the carrying out the work. It also includes the development, the setting in regime, the observation in industrial operation of the new installations and their conduct during the tests of guarantee.
