Description - The tender includes the creation of a dynamic procurement system for liners on rain and waste water pipes at Novafos A/S. A dynamic procurement system is an electronic procurement process where each individual period purchase/task is sent in competit ion (mini tender) among the Participants. The ordering party uses the dynamic purchasing system when there is a need to purchase liners for rain and waste water pipes, by sending Mini Tender Conditions to the Participants in the system with an invitation to submit offers. There will be two categories of the dynamic purchasing system, which is divided into background of diameter for the pipes that need lining.
