Description - Description: Summary of the contract: The purpose of this works contract is to create an urban connection between the lower town (Font Laugière crossing), Boulevard Gambetta and the historic center. This connection will be carried out by the creatio n of a vertical public elevator which will make the parking lot accessible to PRMs, and by the implementation of a footbridge directly connecting the structure to Place du Pontet.
