Description - Carrying out surface coatings on departmental roads - Years 2024/2025. The services will give rise to framework agreements with purchase orders without minimum and with the annual maximums excluding VAT described in article 2-3 of the consultation re gulations. The contracts are concluded for a period of one year from January 1, 2024 or from the date of notification if later. They are tacitly renewable once, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 2 years. Note: the maximum number of lots that can be allocated to the same holder is set at two (2), according to the terms defined in article 6 of the consultation regulations.
