Description - Description: The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Milliman, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), "Soliciting from a single source.” The anticipated base year period of performance is from 4/1/2025 – 3/31/2026 with 4 additional optional years.
