Description - Description: NOTICE: This is a sole source acquisition from Capstone IT, Inc. for the ongoing maintenance and migration of Currency Reader Information Management System (CRIMS) a key legacy system to a COTS solution. The system requires additional su pport for recent upgrades aimed at migrating legacy CRIMS away from custom coding to a more robust MS Azure software platform which is a COTS product. The Library of Congress (LOC) has the legacy CRIMS System built using custom coding in 2016 which began degrading in May of 2024 under the current maintenance contract. Attempts were made to repair the system but were not sufficient to sustain operations in this old environment without introducing
