Description - Description: This contract aims to select the project manager responsible for studying and building the infrastructure and engineering structures required to cross the Saint Denis Canal. The MOE Franchissement will be responsible for the civil engine ering of the structures (including the reinforcement of the Pressensé Bridge). The MOE Franchissement will work in collaboration with the MOE Ligne in charge of urban development and the transport system, the latter having the general coordination mission.
