Description - Description: Provision of a crowdfunding platform as part of RTE's Project Support Plan. In addition to commonly implemented measures such as the development of local economic benefits from construction sites and the payment of taxes, the Public Serv ice Contract (CSP) signed between RTE and the State provides for the establishment of a Project Support Plan (PAP) for the construction of new overhead lines. The PAP funds are intended to finance local actions that bring economic, social and/or environmental benefits to the territories affected by these new lines.
