The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov on or around May 8, 2025 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hand construct a total of approximately 560 feet of new 72” wide, f ull bench stock trail through two washed out avalanche ravines, within a non-motorized wilderness designation. Work includes new trail construction with picks, rock bars, jack hammers, drilling and blasting. New construction is within extremely steep slopes, loose soils, extensive rock, eroding rock cliffs, outcroppings, and bedrock.
