Description - Description: Spangdahlem Air Base has a requirement for custodial services. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B, in orde r to meet the requirements of the attached PWS and the Service Summary.
