Description - Description: HUS Group's Diagnostics Center (later "Client" or "Procurement Unit") requests offers for expert services for measuring and analyzing customer experience in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices.The object of the procu rement includes the implementation of survey studies implemented as a total service in the following target groups of diagnostic services: clinicians, subscribers and patient customers. Clinician surveys are scheduled to be conducted one (1) time each year and subscriber surveys are scheduled to be conducted every other year.
