Description - Description: The aim of the procurement is to find a customer service system that considers Veikkaus’ future needs and offers a clear opportunity to raise the level of customer service operational activities, its management and quality control. The system is easy and intuitive to use and enables agents to see all information that is relevant. Part of the procurement is also an implementation project.
