There are 12 Helle municipalities: Askola, Hanko, Inkoo, Lapinjärvi, Loviisa, Myrs kylä, Pornainen, Porvoo, Pukkila, Raasepori, Sipoo, Siuntio. The population base of the area is approximately 150,000 people.
