The construction follows the completed section D1 0135 in the area between the municipalities of Říkovice and Horní Moštěnice, ending in the cadastral area Přerov Předmostí (MÚK Přerov sever), at the intersection with the I/55 road, where the section D1 0137 Přerov - Lipník nad Bečvou continues.
