Description - Description: The Examinations Service (ES) of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY) is conducting a tender through an open procedure and with the award criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on price, for the provisi on of services for the secure transportation of the examination essays and written papers of the Pancyprian Entrance Examinations (PEP) 2025.
