Description - Description: Troms County Council needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of dairy products for the daily operation of our canteens. The purpose of the agreement is to meet the customers' needs for good quality food pr oducts within the milk and dairy product range. The agreement shall ensure that the client, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost-effective and rational purchase of dairy products.
