Description - Description: The Town of Westbrook, specifically the Daisy Ingraham Elementary School was recently awarded a grant from the State of Connecticut for the purpose of upgrading and improving their HVAC system. The intention of the Westbrook Board of Edu cation is to utilize this opportunity to significantly improve the HVAC components of the school. It will include work associated with the electrical service, mechanical equipment and controls. Including the installation of a heat pump system that will provide both heating and cooling.
