Description - Description: At the exit of Davos Larets station between railway km 40.95 and 41.00, a 42 m long and 3.80 m high retaining wall (including rock removal and palisade) is being built as a protective structure. The rock face above the work site was prev iously secured with a temporary net. The planned retaining wall consists of a 25 cm thick in-situ concrete shell anchored with permanent nails, which is clad with a natural stone facing, type Albula 3. During construction, a 12 cm thick shotcrete shell secures the rock removal. It is anchored using the permanent, unstressed anchors. The rock removal affects the existing steel palisade, which must be demolished at the start of construction work. I
