Description - Description: The first step is to deconstruct all existing buildings on the site in accordance with the instructions of the works management. The deconstruction of the cellar area will be carried out in phases, as described in the tender form in the “Deconstruction works” chapter. The shielding and earthworks will then take place, followed by the deconstruction of the elements of the preserved cellar in order to allow the shielding works to be carried out. The structural work as well as the infrastructure and exterior development works will be carried out later as part of another contract.
