Description - Description: The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain contracted services to conduct periodic aerial drone deer population surveys to document the number and locations of deer within Arlington County and produce a geodatab ase of point features attributed to each deer within ESRI’s ArcGIS software (GIS). Services will include provision of all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and administration, including permitting, to carry out aerial surveys and produce deliverables.
