Description - Description: The implementation of the MID is provided by the Contractor and consists (among other things) of the following activities:Accepting, registering, specifying and making available to the Client, in accordance with the process description, digital and/or telephone Reports involving Defence employees.Forwarding requests for assistance and/or advice regarding Reports to COID, referring to the CVP if the Reporter indicates that he/she first wants to discuss the Report confidentially or referring to third parties.Referring to bodies within or outside the Client in situations where there is no Report.Making available aggregated management information from the MID as stated in Chapter 5
