Description - Description: Due to the estimated value of the performance of the public contract, this public contract for supplies is awarded in the form of an open over-limit procedure according to § 56 of the Act. This above-limit public order is not divided in to parts in the sense of § 35 and § 101 of the Act. The subject of this public contract is the delivery of a vehicle for de-icing aircraft, the so-called deicer.
