Description - Description: The purpose of the consultation is to award a public service delegation agreement relating to the operation, development and marketing of digital infrastructure in the Rennes Métropole area, including the city of Rennes (the "DSP Agreem ent"). For information, at the end of 2023, the architecture and elements of the RMT 1G network were as follows: • 2 main POPs in which RMT's active equipment is hosted • 70 unbundled NRAs (10,479 homes connected by DSL) • 10 DSLAM street cabinets • 713 linear kilometres of network • 181 ZACs connectable to the network • 743 companies or public buildings connected to the fibre optic network • 378 leased operator links or IRU FON •
