Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is the conclusion of a public service delegation contract in the form of a concession, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as Art icle L. 1121-3 and Part 3 of the Public Procurement Code, the purpose of which is the design, construction, upkeep and operation of an aquatic centre in the territory of the Community of Communes of Senlis Sud OiseThe main characteristics of the facility will be as follows:- An indoor aquatic area with two pools and a water play area for the youngest:- Approved sports pool of 375 m² (25m x 15m / 6 lanes), with a depth of at least 1.30m to 1.80m;
