Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public service delegation contract in the form of a service concession, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as A rticle L. 1121-3 and Part 3 of the Public Procurement Code.
