Description - Description: The contracting authority is planning to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) contractor who has been authorized by Microsoft as LSP (License Solution Provider) for delivering and maintaining Microsoftlicens including associated services on conditions that have been stipulated by the VNG with regard to the VNG Contradiction of Micosoft.
