Description - The Middelkerke municipal council wishes to appoint a company for the conceptual design and implementation of new festive lighting across the entire territory and this for 5 end-of-year periods 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 . both installing, renewing, maintaining, removing, storing and renting these Christmas lights.
